Does a high bill mean my system is broken?
Not necessarily. Usage, seasonal changes, rate plans, and equipment issues can all affect your bill. A bill can flag a concern; monitoring data or an inspection is needed to confirm a production problem.
Can you help if my installer closed?
We can review your situation and help identify the next step. Existing service or manufacturer coverage may still apply and must be checked for your system.
Will I have to buy more panels or a battery?
No. We review what you have first. Any proposed addition needs a compatibility, ownership, and utility-program review.
What is free?
The preliminary bill and system review is free, with no purchase required. If an on-site checkup is appropriate, we will confirm availability and scope. Repairs and equipment are quoted separately.
